I’m a dedicated personal trainer and basketball athlete competing in the Waratah League. My passion for training comes from my own journey with overcoming two meniscus tears and an ACL strain without surgery to return to a high level basketball competition. That experience taught me the power of smart, structured training and resilience.I bring that same mindset to my clients, whether your goal is strength, performance, fat loss, or building muscle.
